Easy setup – With minimal configuration you can set-up your endpoint to report alarms through UltraSync. In case of Advisor Advanced and xGenConnect panels, all the configuration is included in the configuration software already. For UltraSync communicators we provide with all the info you need to set the right configuration up.

Cyber secure - The communication between the devices and the cloud is AES encrypted via a secure VPN tunnel and protected by several levels of credentials, including unique serial panel IDs, supporting two-factor authentication and a robust passwords policy. UltraSync connections are established from the device towards the UltraSync Cloud, protecting end-users from cybersecurity threats.

Versatile – Advisor Advanced, xGen, Networx, xGenConnect panels and TVN12 recorders are compatible with UltraSync services out-of-the-box! With the UltraSync communicators you can equip other security systems like non-Aritech intrusion systems or fire systems to report through UltraSync. Also, you can give a second life to your ATS Master installations by connecting them to UltraSync services through UltraSync communicators. ATS Master can report alarms and up/download configuration remotely via UltraSync communicators.

Large network – You can connect your installations to a rapidly growing network of monitoring stations that are compatible with the UltraSync services. For the list of monitoring stations which are compatible with UltraSync services contact your account manager.

Services – You can fully configure Advisor Advanced, ATS Master (equipped with UltraSync communicators) xGen, Networx, and xGenConnect panels. Remote connectivity services reduce the need of adhoc visits and saves you and your customer's time. You can see the operational status of your TVN12 recorders and the recording status of the connected cameras.
